Since many people seem to be using iPhones, we will try to work with iPhones.
1. Creating an integration key
If you have already created an integration key, you may use it. If you have not yet created one, please follow the steps below.
Please tap ‘New Integration’. This page is for PC, so it may be difficult to see with iPhone. If you can set it up on a PC or Mac, it would be easier to do it.
The name is set appropriately. I used to “notionしゅふ会”. After that, it is a choice of workspaces to use, but I think most people can only choose one. Scroll to the screen on the right and check all permissions. Since user information is not particularly used, there is no problem without user information. Finally, click Submit at the bottom.
After submitting, you will be redirected to the following screen. The token below the secret is the integration token required for authorization. Please note that if this is known to others, the page you have authorized can be accessed by anyone.
Once you press "View" on the screen above, you will see a string of characters beginning with "secret_".
2. Acquisition of receipt database ID
At the bottom of the template, a "Database storage" is provided. If you open this area, you will find two databases, one for receipts and the other for monthly summaries. First, open the receipts database.
After opening the database with a full page, select "Share Page Link" from Share.
The copied URL will look like this. The database ID will be the part between the / and ? =. In this case, the database ID is

3. Connect integration to receipt database
Next, connect the integration so that the integration can access the receipt database.
- Open the "..." action in the upper right corner of the database page.
- Scroll down to the bottom and you will see a column called Connect. Tap "Add Connections" here. In this screenshot, the "input_tasks" integration is already connected.
4. Monthly Summary
Get the database ID for the monthly summary as well. Follow the same procedure and paste the copied link here.
Please take the database ID from this link and record it.
5. Connect integration to monthly summary database
Connect the integration so that the integration can access the monthly summary database in the same way as receipts. From the same action as before, press "Add Connect" to add the integration you have created.
6. Download a shortcuts app
All necessary items are now ready. You can download and set up the following shortcuts.
After downloading from the link above, you will see the screen on the right. From here, when you set up a shortcut, you will be asked several questions. Put in the three pieces of information you just saved. When you have not changed the template column names, etc., leave the rest as defaults.
7. Usage
First, please enable text recognition with the iPhone camera. Turn on "Text Recognition Display" under "Languages and Regions" in General. This setting allows for text recognition on the camera capture screen.
Also, set Accessibility → Touch → Double tap on the back tap to "Receipt Registration".

- Point the camera at the receipt.
- Click on the "Text Recognition" symbol that appears in the lower right corner of the screen while shooting.
- Select the number part
- Click Copy in the pop-up
- Double-tap the back of the iPhone
- After registering receipts and monthly summary, the receipts page will open in Notion, and you can change the title and type.
