The following terms (“Integration Gallery Terms”) govern your access and use of Notion’s integration directory (the “Integration Gallery”), available at notion.so/integrations, where Notion, in its sole discretion, makes certain Integrations, tools, and services available for use by Notion customers.
By accessing and using the Integration Gallery, you accept and agree to be bound by (1) these Integration Gallery Terms; (2) Notion’s Terms and Conditions or such other agreement governing your use of the Service (“Service Agreement”); and (3) Notion’s Privacy Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. To the extent these Integration Gallery Terms conflict with the Service Agreement or Privacy Policy, these Integration Gallery Terms will control with respect to your use of the Integration Gallery.  If you are acting on behalf of or at the request of a company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization, company or other legal entity to these Integration Gallery Terms.

Certain Definitions
For purposes of these Integration Gallery Terms, capitalized terms shall have the meanings set forth below. Capitalized terms utilized in these Integration Gallery Terms and not defined shall have the meaning set forth in the Service Agreement.
“API” means any application programming interfaces and any accompanying documentation and materials made available by Notion.
“Customer Data” shall have the same meaning as in Notion’s Master Subscription Agreement. For the purposes of these Integration Gallery Terms, User Content, as defined in Notion’s Personal Terms of Use, shall also be referred to as Customer Data.
“Developer” means any third party developer not affiliated with Notion who creates an Integration that runs on Notion’s Services.
“Integration” means any application that creates, reads, updates, exports, and removes or deletes certain content from the Services using Notion’s API.
“Integration Data” means any data or content collected, gathered, or used by an Integration, which may include personal data.
“Non-Notion Application” means any service, template, software, application, or integration that interoperates with the Service that is provided by you or a third party, including those provided through the Integration Gallery. For clarity, any Integrations that are developed or maintained by any party other than Notion are considered Non-Notion Applications.
“Workspace” means the separated sections of the Service where Users may submit, post or modify Customer Data. Workspaces have subcategories, such as Teams Workspaces and Enterprise Workspaces, that have different features and functionality as specified in the Documentation.
1. Your Use of the Integration Gallery
1.1 Account Access. To access Integrations, you must have a Notion account and log-in credentials. You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and must not share them with anyone else.
1.2 Access to and Use of the Integration Gallery and Integrations. You may use the Integration Gallery to browse, locate, view, use, license, subscribe to, or download Integrations for your Workspace. Integrations and features may not be available at all times or in all regions.
1.3 Third Party Integrations. Integrations may be offered by Notion for connecting to Non-Notion Applications, or made available by Developers, who are solely responsible for all aspects of the Integrations they publish, including functionality, security, availability, and support.
1.4 Availability of Integrations. Notion may modify, amend, change, or deprecate all or part of the Integration Gallery or Integrations at any time, in its sole discretion, and without prior notice by Notion or a Developer, and any data stored in connection with such Integrations outside of the Services may be lost or become inaccessible. If your use of the Notion Services is modified, terminated, or suspended, you may be prevented from accessing the Integration Gallery and any Integration Data or Integrations associated with your account.
1.5 Technical Limitations. Depending on your Notion account, Workspace, or user type (e.g., Personal, Personal Pro, Teams, or Enterprise), your use of the Integration Gallery and Integrations may be subject to certain technical limitations, such as rate limits for Notion’s API that are used by the Integration.
1.6 Third Party Links. The Integration Gallery may contain links to Developer’s websites or resources, which are Non-Notion Applications. Such Non-Notion Applications may be subject to different terms and conditions and privacy practices. Links to Non-Notion Applications are not an endorsement by Notion. Notion is not responsible or liable for the availability or accuracy of such Non-Notion Applications, or the content, products, or services available from such Developer websites.
2. Use of Integrations
2.1 Your Agreements with Third Parties. Developers are required to provide their own terms of service, privacy policy, and support policies with respect to any Integration they publish on the Integration Gallery, and Non-Notion Applications that such Integrations connect to may also maintain their own terms of service, privacy policy, and support policies (all such third party terms are collectively, “Non-Notion Application Terms”). Your use of Developer Integrations and Non-Notion Applications will be exclusively governed by and subject to the Non-Notion Application Terms and we encourage you to read them carefully. For clarity, where Integrations created by Notion connect to Non-Notion Applications, your use of such Non-Notion Application and any Integration Data transferred to such Non-Notion Application will be exclusively governed by and subject to any Non-Notion Application Terms.
2.2 Customer Data Transferred to Developers. By enabling, using, or accessing Integrations, your Customer Data may be transferred to and used by the Developers or the Non-Notion Application provider in connection with your use of such Integrations. You authorize Notion to transfer your Customer Data to the Developer or Non-Notion Application provider, in accordance with the functionality of such Integrations. Notion is not responsible for Customer Data transferred to a Developer or Non-Notion Application, or for any transmission, collection, disclosure, security, access, modification, use, or deletion of Customer Data transferred by or through Integrations.
2.3 Support. Notion does not provide support for Developer Integrations. For any support related needs, you should contact the Developer directly. Notion provides support for Integrations created by Notion.
2.4 Fees. Notion reserves the right to charge fees for use of or access to all or part of the Integration Gallery or Integrations. With respect to fees for Developer Integrations , any payment obligations for use of the Developer Integrations are between you and the Developer. With respect to fees for Non-Notion Applications, any payment obligations for use of the Non-Notion Application are between you and the Non-Notion Application provider.
3. Privacy
3.1 The Integration Gallery is a Notion Service and your use of the Integration Gallery is subject to Notion’s Privacy Statement. Notion’s collection, use and sharing of personal data in connection with the Integration Gallery and Integrations created by Notion is described in Notion’s Privacy Policy. The collection, use, and sharing of personal data in connection with Developer Integrations is subject to Non-Notion Application Terms.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 You acknowledge and agree that the Integration Gallery and any Integration created by Notion made available through the Integration Gallery, including all associated intellectual property rights, are the exclusive property of Notion and/or its licensors or authorizing third-parties. You also acknowledge and agree that Notion does not host Developer Integrations appearing on the Integration Gallery and that nothing provided in these Integration Gallery Terms will be deemed to create or imply that Notion owns or creates, in whole or part, or is responsible for any Developer Integrations that may appear on the Integration Gallery. Any Integration created by a Developer is the sole responsibility of that Developer. All trademarks, service marks, logos, trade names, and any other source identifiers of Notion used on or in connection with the Integration Gallery or Services are trademarks or registered trademarks of Notion in the United States and abroad. The appearance of third party trademarks on the Integration Gallery does not constitute an endorsement, sponsorship or recommendation thereof by Notion or its affiliates. All third party trademarks used in the Integration Gallery are the property of their respective owners.
5. Feedback
5.1 If you provide Notion with comments, suggestions or feedback regarding the API or the Services you agree that Notion will be free to use, disclose, reproduce, license or otherwise exploit such comments, suggestions or feedback as it sees fit, without obligation or restriction of any kind.
6. Termination
6.1 Termination by Notion. Notion may suspend, limit, or terminate your access to or use of the Integration Gallery or any Integration, discontinue the Integration Gallery or any portion or feature thereof, or terminate these Integration Gallery Terms at any time, for any reason, without notice, liability, or other obligation to you. Notion will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide notice to you of any such actions as soon as reasonably practicable and to the extent permitted by applicable law. Upon termination, you shall cease use of the Integration Gallery and delete, uninstall, and/or otherwise discontinue all use of any Integrations obtained from the Integration Gallery.
6.2 Termination by You. You may terminate these Integration Gallery Terms at any time, for any reason, and without notice by: (1) discontinuing all use of the Integration Gallery, and (2) deleting, uninstalling, and/or otherwise discontinuing all use of any Integrations obtained from the Integration Gallery. Any new or continued use of the Integration Gallery or Integrations will be subject to the Integration Gallery Terms. In the event you terminate or close your account with Notion, this agreement and your use of the Integration Gallery shall terminate automatically.
7. No Warranties
YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT THE INTEGRATION GALLERY AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND NOTION, ITS AFFILIATES, SUPPLIERS, AND RESELLERS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. NOTION, ITS AFFILIATES, SUPPLIERS, AND RESELLERS MAKE NO WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION REGARDING THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE INTEGRATION GALLERY OR CONTENT, REGARDING THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH THE INTEGRATION GALLERY OR CONTENT OR THAT THE CONTENT WILL MEET ANY USER’S REQUIREMENTS, OR BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE OR ERROR FREE. USE OF THE INTEGRATION GALLERY AND CONTENT IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. ANY MATERIAL AND/OR CONTENT DOWNLOADED OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF THE INTEGRATION GALLERY OR CONTENT IS AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK. YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOU RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THE INTEGRATION GALLERY OR CONTENT. THE ENTIRE RISK ARISING OUT OF USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE INTEGRATION GALLERY OR CONTENT REMAINS WITH YOU. NOTION CANNOT GUARANTEE AND DOES NOT PROMISE ANY SPECIFIC RESULTS FROM USE OF THE INTEGRATION GALLERY OR CONTENT.
8. Indemnification
WITHOUT LIMITING OR ALTERING ANY OTHER OBLIGATIONS BETWEEN YOU AND NOTION, YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND AND HOLD HARMLESS NOTION, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONSULTANTS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, AND RESELLERS FROM ANY AND ALL THIRD PARTY CLAIMS, LIABILITY, DAMAGES AND/OR COSTS (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ATTORNEYS’ FEES) ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE CONTENT OR INTEGRATION GALLERY, YOUR VIOLATION OF THESE INTEGRATION GALLERY TERMS, OR THE INFRINGEMENT OR VIOLATION BY YOU OR ANY OTHER USER OF YOUR ACCOUNT OF ANY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OR OTHER RIGHT OF ANY PERSON OR ENTITY, OR APPLICABLE LAW. NOTION WILL USE GOOD FAITH EFFORTS TO PROVIDE YOU WITH WRITTEN NOTICE OF SUCH CLAIM, SUIT OR ACTION.
9. Modification
Notion may modify any of these Integration Gallery Terms, at any time and in its sole discretion, by posting notice on the Notion Integration Gallery or by otherwise notifying you. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate these Integration Gallery Terms. Your continued access and use of the Integration Gallery and Integrations following such notice will constitute your acceptance of the modification.
10. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Integration Gallery Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without Notion’s prior written consent. Any attempt by you to assign or transfer these Integration Gallery Terms, without such consent, will be null. Notion may freely assign or transfer these Integration Gallery Terms without restriction. Subject to the foregoing, these Integration Gallery Terms will bind and inure to the benefit of the parties, their successors and permitted assigns.
11. Governing Law
These Integration Gallery Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions or by the JAMS Rules in the case or arbitrations as outlined below.
12. Arbitration and Class Action Waiver
Any dispute, controversy, or claim (collectively, “Claim”) relating in any way to your use of Notion’s services and/or products, including the Integration Gallery or Integration Gallery Content, will be resolved by arbitration. You and Notion agree that any Claim will be settled by final and binding arbitration, using the English language, administered by JAMS under its Comprehensive Arbitration Rules and Procedures (the “JAMS Rules”) then in effect (those rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference into this section, and as of the date of these Integration Gallery Terms). Arbitration will be handled by a sole arbitrator in accordance with the JAMS Rules. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court that has jurisdiction.
Any arbitration under these Integration Gallery Terms will take place on an individual basis – class arbitrations and class actions are not permitted. You understand that by agreeing to these Integration Gallery Terms, you and Notion are each waiving the right to trial by jury or to participate in a class action or class arbitration. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you and Notion will have the right to bring an action in a court of proper jurisdiction for injunctive or other equitable or conservatory relief, pending a final decision by the arbitrator. You may instead assert your claim in “small claims” court, but only if your claim qualifies, your claim remains in such court and your claim remains on an individual, non-representative and non-class basis.
Payment for any and all reasonable JAMS filing, administrative and arbitrator fees will be in accordance with the JAMS Rules.
You have the right to opt-out and not be bound by the arbitration provisions set forth in these Integration Gallery Terms by sending written notice of your decision to opt-out to team@makenotion.com or to the U.S. mailing address listed in the Contact Us section of Notion’s Terms and Conditions. The notice must be sent to Notion within thirty (30) days of your registering to use the Service or agreeing to the Notion Terms and Conditions or these Integration Gallery Terms, otherwise you shall be bound to arbitrate disputes in accordance with these Integration Gallery Terms. If you opt-out of these arbitration provisions, Notion also will not be bound by them.
13. General
These Integration Gallery Terms constitute the entire and exclusive understanding and agreement between Notion and you regarding the Integration Gallery, and these Integration Gallery Terms supersede and replace any and all prior oral or written understandings or agreements between Notion and you regarding the Integration Gallery. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of these Integration Gallery Terms invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the other provisions of these Integration Gallery Terms will remain in full force and effect. Any notices or other communications provided by Notion under these Integration Gallery Terms, including those regarding modifications to these Terms, will be given: (i) via email; or (ii) by posting to the Service or Integration Gallery. For notices made by e-mail, the date of receipt will be deemed the date on which such notice is transmitted. Notion’s failure to enforce any right or provision of these Integration Gallery Terms will not be considered a waiver of such right or provision. The waiver of any such right or provision will be effective only if in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of Notion. Except as expressly set forth in these Integration Gallery Terms, the exercise by either party of any of its remedies under these Integration Gallery Terms will be without prejudice to its other remedies under these Integration Gallery Terms or otherwise.
