How do I request features?

We've shipped a lot of new features over the years, but we still have a lot of work to do 💪
If there's a feature you'd like us to prioritize, we'd love to hear from you! We tally up all these votes and requests to create our roadmap and make sure we're building the right stuff.
 

Top requests

We've heard from many of you about the following features. They're definitely on our radar, but in the meantime, you can click the toggles for a workaround that should do the trick for now:
Using Notion with multiple emails ✅
We shipped this feature on Aug 18, 2020!
To add your workspaces from another email account, use the Add another account button in the workspace switcher at the top left of your Notion window, and follow the steps to login to your other account. More on this here →
 
Google Calendar integration
We don't currently have a Google Calendar integration, but you can embed a view-only Google Calendar into Notion if the address you're embedding from is the same as the one associated with your Notion account:
  1. Navigate to the settings page of the calendar you would like to embed and click on the Settings and sharing tab.
  1. Scroll down to the Access Permissions heading and make sure you check Make available to public or Make available for Team with See all event details selected.
  1. Scroll to Integrate Calendar and navigate to the URL in the box that says Public URL to this calendar.
  1. Copy the updated URL, return to Notion, paste that URL and select Embed.
 
Tabs inside of Notion
We don't have a tabbed interface at the moment, but if you hold control (Windows) or command (Mac) while clicking any link in Notion, it will open in a new window so you can see the two side by side! Alternatively, if you're using our web app, you can use browser tabs 🗂
 
See all tasks assigned to me
We don't currently have a way to automatically create a dashboard of all your assigned tasks, but it's a popular feature request and on our radar to build.
We recommend consolidating your tasks into one database, and then setting up a view with a filter that contains Me in the person assigned column, so you can see all of the tasks assigned to you.
If your tasks are spread across multiple databases, you can use the Create Linked Database option to add multiple in-line views of your databases into one page, then set up filters showing your assigned tasks for each one. More on that here →

There are several ways you can add your vote for a feature request:
  • Click the ? icon at the bottom right of your page (or tap Help & Feedback at the bottom of your sidebar on mobile) to send us your request over chat.
We're diligent about tagging every message we get through these channels so that the data is added to our roadmap and product decision process. Thanks so much in advance!
