Where do I start, getting to play on stage with Wallis Bird was such a privilege, a dream come true. Wallis is just the most beautifully joyful soul, so open to it all, readily agreeing to play a tune, even though it’s not her usual thing to do, suggesting (or should I say insisting) we do it live on stage, and then doing it with such groove and feel! What a legend. This is one of my favourite tunes I’ve recorded to date, and a massive thank you to Ado & Tracy, who made me feel so welcome.
